on Buy button. Next you will have to follow the instructions that are shown to
you. The store system will guide you through different step until the
purchase operation is completed.

I did send the payment by money transfer but received nothing yet, what should
I do?
Make sure that you have notified us about your payment through the Contact
page.
On CD products are sent by postal mail. Starting from the payment date you
should count for:
1 Week (for order processing) + Mail delivery time (in function of postal
operator).
If the delivery of the product is further delayed you can

how to activate the demo software?

What happen if I lost my activation key?
Each purchase operation is registered into our database. If it happens that you
lost your activation key -or had to reinstall software program, you can get
new activation key throughout our automatic
activation interface .

I had to format my pc and I am getting an error message when I try to activate
the demo-software, should I obtain new activation keys?
Yes, registration keys are machine-specific. Go to our automatic
activation interface to obtain new keys for the software you have purchased.
